Mandavi beach
The Gateway of Ratnagiri - is
surrounded by the west by the Ratnadurg fort, and the Arabian
Sea lies to its south. It is the most scenic beach
of Ratnagiri, be Mandavibeach offers
glossy black sand and so it is renowned as the 'Black Sea’.
Mandavi is gifted with a massive line of seashore right up to Rajiwada Port.
It gets fairly crowded in the evenings and on weekends, it gets crowded with
local visitors who get off buses about a kilometer away and pour onto the
beach.
